By accessing and using Sohqee's cloud and hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sohqee, a cloud and hosting services provider based in Singapore. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Sohqee provides comprehensive cloud computing and web hosting services designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses and individuals. Our services include but are not limited to cloud storage solutions, virtual private servers, dedicated hosting, content delivery networks, database management, and technical support services.
We strive to maintain high availability and performance standards for all our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service accessibility. All maintenance activities will be communicated to users in advance whenever possible.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Payment for Sohqee services is due in advance according to the billing cycle selected during service registration. We accept various payment methods including major cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts and to pursue collection of outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, which varies by service type and circumstances.
Sohqee is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and international best practices. We implement robust security measures to safeguard your information and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
While we take extensive precautions to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data and implementing your own security measures. We recommend regular data backups and the use of strong, unique passwords for all accounts.
We strive to provide reliable and high-performance services, with uptime targets specified in individual service agreements. However, Sohqee shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services during the period of interruption. We do not provide warranties for third-party software or services integrated with our platform.
All intellectual property rights in Sohqee's services, including but not limited to software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary technologies, remain the exclusive property of Sohqee or our licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to our services. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the requested services. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than service provision.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in individual service contracts. Sohqee reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activities that pose security risks to our infrastructure or other users.
Upon termination, you will have a limited period to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend maintaining regular backups to prevent data loss. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
In the event of disputes, we prefer to resolve matters through good-faith negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriate. However, both parties retain the right to pursue legal remedies through Singapore's judicial system when necessary.
For questions, concerns, or clarifications regarding these Terms of Service, please contact our legal and compliance team. We are committed to providing clear communication and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
